Refund Policy — All Sales Are Final

All sales are final. Due to the immediate access and downloadable nature of our digital playbooks, we do not offer refunds.

Why No Refunds?

Our products are digital goods (downloadable PDF files) that are delivered instantly upon purchase. Because digital products can be accessed, copied, and retained immediately after delivery, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds once a purchase is complete.

• By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are buying a digital product with immediate access and that no refund will be issued.

Exceptions
